Hire Duration: There is a 2-hour minimum hire time for all services. Work performed between 20:00–22:00 or on Bank Holidays may incur extra costs.

Payment: Hourly rate jobs are charged for every started hour, even if the full hour is not used. Fixed-price projects are charged at the agreed total regardless of the time taken to complete the job.

Arrival Times: While we aim for punctuality, arrival times are estimates. Delays due to traffic or previous job overruns are sometimes unavoidable; please allow flexibility in your schedule.

Avoid Delays: To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking earlier time slots to avoid the cumulative delays of busy days like Fridays and weekends.

Cancellation & Postponement: You may postpone or cancel your booking free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made after this time frame will incur a £40 fee to cover the professional's first hour. If our service provider is running late, you may cancel at any time without a fee.
